What is the Integration ID?
The Integration ID is used to identify with specific deployment an end user is being guided to and will define the branding/language and psychometric configuration settings they will experience. This is also the difference between testing or production versions. As the solution becomes more advanced, an integration ID can used to define different models/languages/products that are deployed, depending on use case and your use of the platform.
Deployment Centre
In the Deployment Centre, each individual deployment will be listed. If you click on one of these deployments you will see Test and Production tabs with each having their own Integration IDs (Please note that you are shown the Test details by default. To view production details, please change your selection using the tab). Both Test and Production IDs can be configured with redirect URLs and webhooks for testing and production customer journeys.
Test vs Production Integration IDs
Please ensure the Production Integration ID is the one that is used when the solution is deployed and correctly configured for your end users as only production data is displayed in the Dashboard results screen. The Test Integration ID is also not able to handle the same amount of concurrent users as the Production Integration IDs.
