Overview

This guide gets you through your first Begini assessment using the no-code Link Generator in Beacon. No API integration required.

Before you start: you need access to Beacon and at least one active deployment configured. If you don't have these yet, contact your Begini account manager.

Step 1 — Generate assessment links

In Beacon, go to Link Generator:

1. Select the deployment you want to use
2. Enter a name for this batch of links (e.g. "Pilot - April")
3. Choose how many links to generate
4. Click Create
5. Download the list from the Link Generator screen

Each link is a unique assessment session. Do not share the same link with multiple users — each person needs their own link.

Step 2 — Send links to users

Share each link with a user directly via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in-app message. The user opens the link on their mobile device and completes a short series of interactive tasks. The assessment is mobile-optimised and designed to be completed in one sitting without interruption.

Step 3 — Results are generated automatically

As soon as the user completes the assessment, Begini processes the behavioural data in real time. No action is required on your end — results appear in Beacon automatically within moments of completion.

Step 4 — Review results in Beacon

Go to Results in Beacon and select your deployment. For each completed assessment you will see:

• Risk score and risk band
• Trust / confidence score
• Trait-level behavioural indicators
• Completion time and session metadata

Use the search bar to find a specific user by UID, or apply filters to review by status, date range, or risk band. Results can be exported as CSV or XLS from the same screen.
