The Begini Platform

The Begini Platform consists of:

Beacon - This is our dashboard and is where you will find the reporting and analytics screens, results overview and detailed displays, data exporting functionality and the Deployment Centre which is used to configure and integrate our solutions.

The Psychometric Assessment - A web based application that is fully responsive to end user devices and customisable to your branding. This will guide a user through a series of tasks to ascertain a risk rating associated to their character traits.

Device Data SDKs - An Android and/or iOS SDK that can be integrated into your existing Android and/or iOS mobile application to extract metadata. This data is correlated to produce character/behavioural insights on the individual and associated risk rating. All Permissions are managed by you with some additional permissions required to be granted by the end user.

Real-Time Web-Service - A push notification web-service that will inform you of all events that occur such as when a user has completed an assessment. This is sent through a detailed JSON payload, and will include risk ranking, trait information time to complete assessment and confidence rating to detect fraud.

Simple Solution

The integration with Begini Services is very simple. It comprises of a single API to pass an end user to us either via the psychometric web app or the device data SDK(s). There is also a single API to receive all results and events in real-time through. Results and events can also be exported from the the Beacon dashboard in the results screen. This is particular useful for testing, analysis or if the risk rating is not required in real time. 

All other configuration requirements, such as branding, language, user flow management etc, are available to be edited by an admin user through the Deployment Centre in the Beacon Dashboard.

Security and Privacy by Design

Every aspect of the Begini Platform has been built to be as simple, efficient and open as possible. It is also designed to fit seamlessly into your current or new customer journeys. 

Security and privacy is inherently built throughout. All of our products are secured by HMAC APIs, with data stored and encrypted in your own tenancy. 

We only ever deal with anonymised data, and will not ask or capture Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or Personal Sensitive Information (PSI) from your end users.

You will only ever need to pass via the API a Unique Identifier (UID) per every user who will be risk rated using our platform. We will then pass this UID and their results back to you via the real-time web-service or through the export functionality in the Beacon Dashboard.
