Overview

Beacon is the Begini dashboard — the central interface for configuring deployments, generating assessment links, reviewing results, and monitoring activity. Most day-to-day interaction with Begini happens here, whether you are running a no-code pilot or managing a fully integrated production deployment.

Key areas

Deployment Centre

Where all configuration lives. Each deployment has Test and Production tabs containing your Integration ID, API key, session settings, branding, redirect URLs, and webhook endpoint. This is also where you find the credentials needed for API integration.

Link Generator

Generate assessment links without writing any code. Select a deployment, name the batch, choose how many links to generate, and download for distribution. Each link is a unique session tied to that deployment's configuration. The fastest way to get users through an assessment.

Results

View completed assessments per deployment. Search by UID, filter by status, risk band or date range, view individual results (risk score, trust score, trait indicators, metadata), and export as CSV or XLS. Defaults to Production — switch to Test to view test sessions.

Dashboard

Activity overview across all deployments. Shows today's performance and configurable time-period breakdowns. If you have both Psychometric and Device Data products, switch between them at the top.

Who uses Beacon

Beacon is designed for both technical and non-technical users. Product and operations teams use it for day-to-day management and result review. Technical teams use it for integration setup, credential retrieval, and validation. Credit and risk teams use it to review individual results and monitor portfolio-level performance.

Access

Users are invited by email from the profile dropdown (top right). Admins have full access; viewers have read-only access. Invitation links expire after 24 hours — re-send if needed. You are automatically signed out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
