Data, Exports & Monitoring
Track key metrics and measure the impact of Begini on your portfolio over time.
Accessing your data
Overview
Begini results are available through two channels:
Beacon Dashboard — manual access for operational review, individual result inspection, and early-stage testing. Use the results screen to search by UID, filter by status, risk band or date range, view detailed individual results, and export as CSV or XLS.
Webhooks — automated real-time delivery to your system. This is the recommended approach for production integrations where you need to automate decisioning or ingest data into internal systems. See Webhook Payload Structure & Event Types for the full data reference.
What data is available
| Data type | Available via |
|---|---|
| Risk score | Beacon, Webhook |
| Risk band | Beacon, Webhook |
| Score confidence | Beacon, Webhook |
| Trait-level scores | Beacon, Webhook |
| Trust / confidence score | Beacon, Webhook |
| Completion timestamps | Beacon, Webhook |
| Session metadata (UID, platform, integration ID) | Beacon, Webhook |
| Device data score and permissions (if integrated) | Beacon, Webhook |
Exporting from Beacon
From the Results screen, select a deployment and apply any filters (date range, status, risk band), then use the Export option to download as CSV or XLS. Exports reflect the current filter state — set your date range and filters before exporting.
Exports are particularly useful for:
- Batch analysis and portfolio review
- Validating a pilot before scaling
- Sharing results with stakeholders who don't have Beacon access
Monitoring performance
During a pilot or early stage
Focus on:
- Completion rate — what percentage of users who start are finishing the assessment
- Score distribution — how users are spread across risk bands
- Trust score distribution — are you seeing a high proportion of low-trust sessions?
- Integration stability — are sessions being created and results being received reliably?
In a live portfolio
Focus on:
- DPD performance by score band — are lower-risk bands outperforming higher-risk bands on 30/60/90-day delinquency?
- Approval and decline rates — how does Begini scoring affect your overall approval strategy?
- Default and loss rates — quantify the impact on portfolio quality over time
- Behavioural trait patterns — are there trait-level signals that correlate with specific outcomes in your portfolio?
Linking Begini data to outcomes
To measure the actual impact of Begini on your portfolio, link your internal loan performance data (DPD, default, repayment) to Begini score bands using the UID. This allows you to:
- Track performance by risk band cohort over time
- Compare against your existing scoring baseline
- Quantify uplift and ROI
- Optimise approval thresholds based on real outcomes
Best practices
- Automate data ingestion via webhooks — do not rely solely on manual Beacon exports for production operations
- Store
uid,integration_id,event.type, score, trust score, and timestamps for every session - Link Begini outputs to your internal customer or application ID using the UID
- Monitor score band performance monthly once you have sufficient volume
- Combine Begini data with your internal credit models — the combination typically outperforms either source alone
